THE COMPANY

Background

The company, founded in 1962 by Jean Rieb, started out manufacturing refrigerated display cabinets. The brand’s reliability is reflected in the fact that the first display case installed by RGR is still running to this day.

Since the beginning, RGR has gradually expanded its refrigeration manufacturing business to encompass all of the catering trades, from making refrigerated display cabinets to designing entire shop layouts. The company, headed by Suzanne Thivet, has leveraged its skills and dedication to become a benchmark in its field, both in France and abroad.

In 2006 the company numbered 58 employees.

Every year, the firm fits out roughly 200 shops, mainly in France, Switzerland and the French overseas departments and territories, as well as Algeria and England. The company is now a leader in its business sector in France.
